Kensington’s beloved single screen indie theatre, The Ken, getting shut down, gutted and turned into office space is extremely fucking depressing. Spent so many nights watching movies (and working) there. It’s where I first saw Metropolis and Rocky Horror. What an incredible loss for San Diego.
