There are two types of modules. Innate modules are an amount that each skill gets. I believe the amounts are 3 tier 1 and 1 tier 2. Then spare modules are a pool of modules to assign to different skills as you wish. You start with spare modules equal to your intellect.

Clash win effects on evade dice only apply when clashing with other defensive dice. Against offensive dice, only the [on evade] tag applies.

As for the [check], it checks independently every time it's rolled.

Just prevents intercepting, target can still respond.

You can increase up to the normal maximum of 8, which is the universal limit, and thus I felt didn't need a specified limit, but I may change the formatting to make it more clear.

Ah! That means you increase a stat by 1, but only to a max of 3. Same with the max 5. I did it that way so that players wouldn't just hyper focus one stat immediately and instead diversify.

I'm open to community contributions(See the Credits page), but it's mostly for individual content like Enemies, E.G.O, Archetypes, ect.. Major mechanics like Singleton are ones that I'd prefer to tackle myself (Though I do have an idea for what Singleton will be like).
