I bought a steam deck, which costs more, and I preordered the switch 2 at 440 on amazon fr, so the price of the system seems ok to me. Games are too much, so I'll only ever buy physical on sale.

Making switch 2, not too gimmicky, is a good move imo. They can always release peripherals like ring fit.
