And at one time 6million barrels a day

Expensive to extract

Maybe up to $18/barrel if using Texas firms with their accounting

But how much would be taxes & profit be if nationalised & Clydeside produced all engineers, rigs, geologists, sailors et c

Where did Thatcher retire to?

Was it Texas?

Who owns oil & gas exploration right to the Falkland islands?

Maybe a company address over a letterbox in England, but share holders be in Texas ???

I have… a…Brilliant idea.

Discover oil & gas in the north sea, loads of it.

Ensure ships do not need to register UK port any more or need UK merchant seamen, by a wee change of law

Then make sure shipyards of Scotland close down

I mean what would North Sea oil need tenders, rigs & ships for??

there's even another 'Scottish Play' - but this one not by Shakespeare - in 1970s written by John McGrath to mark history from the land clearances to the oil ambush.

I am so fekkin happy to see even the word “Union” appear in Seattle related to Starbucks

Wasn’t it was the Seattle Roastery in where in about 1998 the Plant manager got binned for allowing a single union member into work???
