I just joined Pixelfed, the main server (i think I linked it in the post) - very Instagramy, but they've been crashing a bit with an influx of people leaving Meta.
Mastodon is similar to Facebook, but I haven't tried it yet. I mostly went here because you and Elin were already here

I don't think there will be an easy switch anytime soon. It'll just need enough people missing connections that have left Meta to swing the direction.
