What DOGE is doing is the equivalent of a person in a Dr's office telling a patient," Mr. Smith, I've identified the cancer in your body, and we're going to go in and cut out all the healthy tissue so that it doesn't affect the cancer. I've no idea how to remove the Cancer because I'm a janitor"
