Forgot to show the rear of the piece!

Five castings, three that I can work with. I tried an iron finish with a rust patina on one today, but the rust didn’t develop. Today is the last day of September, my self-imposed deadline. Didn’t quite make it. Did some good work and made a great run of it.

A ‘quick’ three hour sketch of Leigh and another that took ten or so hours. I love how she displays the pieces around her home and shares photos.

From seven Sunday sessions with a very large (kind and friendly) man. He was leaning on a pole, but I thought this was a fun idea. 24”, oil based clay. I love doing this. I am so fortunate. (I hope that the pics fit whatever size requirement Bluesky has. I had a tough time with that on IG.

About a third of the work that I’ve done with my friend Leigh. She’s a powerful person, both in body and spirit.

A shot of some unfinished works at home. I have a very difficult time finishing sculpts. I like how similarly sized pieces have a sense of interaction, and enjoy having them… even unfinished. I like the potential.
