The Columbia deportation case is bad enough on its own — but the precedent is worse. People can be deported without breaking a law because of a vague reference to foreign policy.

My government now takes the position that teaching young doctors and nurses such as these in Mwanyamala Hospital in Tanzania is a waste. I disagree. By investing in their education they are less dependent and their country is stronger. #usaid
