The 2026 conventional loan limit just increased to $832,750, which means more buying power without jumping into jumbo loans.
Higher limits = more flexibility, easier qualifying, and access to homes that might’ve been out of reach last year.

I don't know who needs to hear this..but if you have a wood burning fireplace, that you use, make SURE you are cleaning it every couple of years. I have an amazing guy for it. A little quirky, but he knows his way around a chimney, and I am 1000% confident in his work.
