Specifically Luigi's Mansion and Medievil. Maybe the 3rd LM as well. Don't have the remaster of 2, tho even if I did, its not my fave in the series.

This will probably result in a bit of a Metroidvania kick. Good thing I have a couple Castlevanias on the replay list.

Well my Switch 2 arrived earlier than expected, so Serious Sam is on hold for the time being.

Donkey Kong Bananza comes out in about 2 days and hope to have that in my hands by then.

Onto Serious Sam: The Second Encounter.

If my Switch 2 arrives at the time it is said to, I'll probably be just shy of finishing it before I dive into mastering the new Mario Kart, and going through the new Donkey Kong.

So I might get a Switch 2 in my hands by the end of next week. Hopefully it includes the new Donkey Kong as well.

Until then tho, gonna finish what I can of Serious Sam...Note to self, never play this game on hard mode ever again. Never have I hated skeletons so much in my life, all i'm saying.

Some of the games are out of my reach outside of the collection but 1. They are considered spinoffs relative to the canon of the series anyway, and 2. In the case of Serious Sam 2, I suppose it gives me an opportunity to build that original XBOX collection.

Weird jumpoff point but whatever.

Been a while since I made the effort to get into a new series, and what better one to quell my shooter fix than Serious Sam.

I'll admit part of the reason how this came about was seeing Serious Sam 4 on sale for like $5, and there being a Collection for PS4.

Also managed to finally pick up the Shadows Of The Damned and Lollipop Chainsaw remasters for that glorious bit of Suda weirdness...Guess i'll be replaying No More Heroes to.

Now if only Killer 7 can see some kind of remaster...That or I just dust off the old Reverse Compatible Wii.

Was originally gonna do a replay of the Devil May Cry series, minus 2 because fuck that molasses slogging hell, but my shooter fix still needs quelling after the Doom marathon.

So I got Quake, Duke Nukem, and Serious Sam on standby.

Finished Cosmic Shake in about 2 days and picked up Prince Of Persia: The Lost Crown, which I recently finished.

Been wanting to check it out since it dropped a year ago, but just left it alone, had my mind elsewhere at the time. Nothing is dethroning Sands Of Time for me, but still good.

Decided to drop Neon White. Got alittle too repetitive for me, and with it's speedrun esque and demanding gameplay, got bored, on top of my hands getting wicked cramped.

Switched to Spongebob Cosmic Shake. I recall it reviewing well when it came out, saw it was on sale and said challenge accepted.

As for right now. I got Neon White on my radar. Liking it, even tho the frantic speedrunning nature of the gameplay is making my hands hate me.

**Looks at ever expanding backlog** My hands are gonna form a union against me I swear.

Went through the Doom series after finishing Dark Ages. That one was good, even if it reminded me I never even played Quake.

Also somehow my opinions on Doom 2016 and Eternal kinda switched. I find myself liking Eternal a bit more, even if it made me work for it more than 2016 did.
