sorry, not trying to start a fight, but really sprouts is for folks who have a beautiful kitchen but don't actually know how to cook. Store is all about appearances and marketing (the aisle are so wide! the displays are so pretty!) but it ain't no farmers market. Corporate owned (blackrock!). :-(

it does need to be pointed out though that completely removed from Pluribus, Sprouts is a total joke of a grocery store. (whole foods-trader joes=sprouts)

hmmm... everyone is different of course, but I'm a coffee-head and often wake too early, (4 or 5 or even 6), have a rather mild cup of black tea, read some news, and go back to bed for another hour's sleep. The small amount of caffein seems to actually help me sleep again.
