Is this good news? It feels like the overwhelming problem that everyone acknowledges is that it is too difficult to build housing and this seems (however well intentioned) another rule (another cost) that will slow down or limit the amount of housing developed. Hoping I'm wrong.

I might be reading the article wrong but it seems to claim what most universities have always claimed. I.e., “We don’t teach coding, we teach computer science” and just seems to say it differently. Plus it describes a softening outlook to using ai with coding assignments.
