It was enjoyable in a very silly way, but it was in on the joke. I think it did a good job of exactly what it was trying to do and the makeup was pretty good!

This is purely speculation on my part, but I have heard the bullying and hazing towards women is much harsher in medical school. So possibly the women who are persevering are the most passionate.
