Became an Arsenal fan in about 2002 but fell out with them when they left Highbury (😂 I was, and still am, a romantic and thought they should have stayed in their old joint). Supported Luton Town for a few years. Like watching Celtic. Stumbled on Cymru Prem on YouTube and quite like Caernarfon Town.

Depends for me! Some days it happens easily, other days I have to drag myself. I find it easier when I run with mates, but I recently doubled the distance I do and I ran it solo and I just used a podcast to keep my mind occupied. :)
