Guys this is like my second time ever using watercolors / painting anything and I'm pretty psyched about how it came out, wasn't even using a model picture!

What is your go-to way to turn your inner state around when you've fallen in a bit of a hole? I find myself in a spot where many of my go-tos like meditation, yin yoga, reading beautiful things etc. feel like chores but my natural impulse to just doomscroll is clearly not the answer
