Maybe. I know a lot was said during the time about not wanting to put too much pressure on him leading the line in that period. I for one was in support of deep ending him.

I know. Loaning him out was best for all as there is no place for him in this years squad but I also don’t think he got anywhere near his ceiling at the club. Interesting to see how many he gets in a poor hull side. Off a 126mins and 1 start he’s fast approaching Joseph!

Somewhere in the last 3 years, the club has got it wrong with Joffys development. Hope it reignites for him. A fun watch when on form.

Once that pen hit the back of the net, we needed to reinstate a proper formation with Guillavogui into the middle. Naive from Farke and the players on the pitch. A draw was fair with neither team creating anything from play.

Games needs tempo and creativity. The ball going back to Rodon and Struijk whenever there isn’t a 100% ball on is a killer. TBF to the players Farke had a right go at Rothwell and Bogle for trying a pass.
