that feeling when you watch a youtube video and you randomly remind yourself of that one childhood trauma you've had that seemingly fits current scene.

all of the sudden your day gets way worse and you just start overthinking it - how could you react better, how could you prevent it.

if you have someone that you can hug, don't waste the chance. it's a gift from fate.
