Snow white backlash is well out of proportion. Zelger is right, the story is a bit outdated, don't see why it's wrong to say that. Also, the dwarves look terrible. I think they are right to go for a more exaggerated tolkein-esc style, but the CGI looks awful. The designs are awful.

Don't get caught in the echo chamber of hate on this, Avowed is a fun time. As long as you aren't expecting a AAA masterpiece as expansive as Baldurs gate 3, and you aren't expecting every bit of clutter to have physics like a Bethesda Game. It's a cross between pillars and Outer worlds. It's great.
