I 'grew up' watching his stuff, and ofc that was very much in my mind.

After seeing how tough this position was I've an even greater respect for what Gord and his models were doing.

I could have replied with "how long is a piece of string?" because people are different, I give him little breaks, to recover enough to make it frustrating again & again etc.

The positions are held quite long let's say 3-15 mins, with small breaks, repeated. MUCH longer than the short video clip.

& seriously - that's the answer, not me being silly - every position affects people in different ways. So I don't like to give times.
He endured this as long as I wanted to get the effect I wanted and also considering what I thought he could deal with, if that makes sense.
