When I say "fell", I mean "squatting to get something, and fell five inches to the floor". I can't live like this. I was in the er for hours.

3 years of constant, debilitating low back pain, so many doctors, PT & about 18 different medications from a former work injury. I fell on my butt at current work today. Went to er for painful breathing,&heavy, weak legs. Apparently, the only new development is that one of my filshie clips migrated.

We moved into a house recently (we should be unpacked by now 🤷♀️)and the basement has a little offshoot that I'm slowly turning into a fancy looking "Troll Hole" (credit to em from and that's why we drink lol)
Also, just realized w the second pic that I am, in fact, the creature in the dark basement
