When I was sick with untreated PTSD, I watched many horror movies per day as a form of therapy. The number depended on how bad the day was. It wasn't a fix for the problem, but it helped a lot. As a result, I have seen hundreds of horror movies. I still watch them, but I don't NEED them anymore.
