You already have a large audience who knows the type of merch you make, I think they could catch on quickly to the need to avoid the copyright references.

You could use nicknames (Jkay, Mochi, Vante, Yoongles, God of Destruction, WWH, Sunshine, etc.) Instead of photos of the members, use drawings or similar stock photos. Tag K-pop, I Purple You, Borahae(these aren’t copyrighted) Call the fandom Ami, or Bora-blooded, stuff like that.

Maybe I’m oversimplifying, but can’t you start a shop with the same merch just without saying the names outright? As long as you avoid anything that’s copyrighted, it seems like people could still get the idea.
