I mostly used meet and separate, which I think made it go faster, but I ended up having to sew so many slits afterward that I’m not sure I’d do it again like that. I used the interlocking method in the pixelated part.
I learned SO MUCH by making this and I am very happy with the result.

Here is my second large weaving, completed in March. This one took me a lot less time (~3 months) and I worked from a very simple cartoon outline and added all the colors and details as I went.

In 2024, I took my fiber and textile skills to the next level! Say hello to my very first hand-knitted sweater 🧶 I am VERY proud of myself for pushing through even when I had to redo one of the sleeves about 8000 times 😂
