"What do you think of my dog?" the lady asked her crossed-over cat, who rolled his eyes. "He's a clown. More worried about him (other cat)," he added. The other cat had health issues. "Don't worry, Mom. This isn't forever," remarked the crossed-over cat. "Thanks, Mike. Love you," she stated.

"Is she happy here?" asked the woman about the 6 yr old dog she'd rescued. "Yes!" exclaimed the dog. "Will I get to stay here?" she asked, frightened of being rehomed. "She's staying forever," replied the lady lovingly. The dog sighed and melted into her bed, secure in her future.
