And this is our fundamental disagreement. Again, I have to make it clear that I’m not saying Partey is innocent, and if he’s found guilty he should be punished severely. My argument is that the *club* should NOT be expected to act on every claim, rumor, innuendo, or accusation.

Yes, I suppose it is where we disagree. Because legally, it has been impossible for any journalist to report on this situation until today, so yes, it has all been rumors. I’m sure the club knew more than we did. But again, innocent until proven guilty is and should always be the standard.

Sorry, but I think it’s naive and colonels believe ANYTHING you see on the internet, especially Twitter. Again, I’m not defending Partey. But i *am* defending the club. It’s a very slippery slope to start depriving people of making a living based on unfounded rumors or accusations.

Sorry, mate, but that’s where we differ. Partey may be guilty, and if he is he should burn. No question. But to say the club should act based on posts on a platform that prioritizes Nazis? Based on rumor and conjecture? I believe in innocent until proven guilty, and “tweets” are not proof nor facts

I’m not sure it’s worse numerically, but it’s definitely a worse signing contextually. We were rebuilding when we signed Willian, Sterling was signed when we’re a top team gunning for the title and he’s brought us *nothing*. It is shocking to watch him vis-a-vis Vardy knowing he’s a decade younger
