...The cop answers "Don't worry this isn't the Bronx." At the time I thought it was funny but the child later commits suicide and the cop (and I) learn that Cologne isn't always better than the Bronx. Thanks again.

Thanks for this thought provoking talk. I recently watched an old episode of Tatort-Cologne (a German TV crime show that I love) entitled "Children of Violence." The cop asks a child why he didn't report being mugged and he says he was afraid they'd kill him if he had.....
