I really like the shading especially how the light lines from the main star give stronger light area on the planets, that's such a nice detail. Also the way you made the background gives a feeling of low quality photo I really like your galaxy pixel arts for that :)

I think artists idealistically should always create for themselves

If we would create only to satisfy others what is the point of drawing if you wont be satisfied yourself?
I belive even people who get paid for drawing need a moment to draw for themselves from time to time
