i have been a nurse for 35 years. I've been exposed to multiple communicable diseases. Then there's the violence. I have had multiple objects thrown at me with a few strikes. I have been punched in the face a few times. Punched in other places as well. Cracked ribs, broken fingers too. It's great!

ICE is a crime spree all to itself. Hit and run vehicle accidents. Assault on civilians and politicians. Masked vigilantes in their appearance and demeanor. Riding the country of undocumented criminals does not seem to be their priority.

Having been a mental health nurse half of my nursing career. There seemed to be funding in the 80's but by the mid 90's it was sparse. After several mass shootings in the 21st century there were rumblings of renewed funding but it never trickled down to the institutions.

I have not seen them on the shelf near me since Covid. I found some while visiting in Wisconsin at a small market shop and bought several jars. I was down to the last jar and asked local grocery stores to get them restocked . No luck so far.

Now the Florida highway patrol has dedicated officers not to direct traffic at that intersection but to prevent repainting the crosswalk . FHP is alreaady assisting ICE in their pursuits not only in Florida but other states as well. A well managed use of FHP resources. Desantis at his best.
