Well my spring Covid vaccine I had this morning feels like someone is continuously punching me in the arm , but it’s a necessary
Evil in my case . Far better to have pain now and be protected against Covid . Once having Covid was enough for me

Unfortunately I have to take a lot of medication for various health conditions. As a rule I don’t have a problem taking the medication but lately the manufacturers of some meds has changed and I have noticed they either don’t work as well and in some cases they don’t work at all… is it just me!?!

I have accepted that the lack of decent sleep has become a problem but last night getting up to pee three times and after the third time it’s a case of sod it, am staying up now!
