I haven’t gotten out of bed I haven’t taken my meds I haven’t done any of my chores I haven’t eaten I haven’t done anything and instead of getting up and doing it my autism brain is just overwhelmed even tho that’s bc I haven’t done anything, nice. It’s 3pm and I’m just stuck
