For reference, it's called cholinergic urticaria, I imagine my case is somewhere in the middle of severity. Popped up last spring and I guess it's just something I have now. At one point I was on essentially 10 daily antihistamines every day, and that still didn't help. Happy to have made progress.

It's not a guarantee, and even if it works I'll have to inject myself every 2-4 weeks. But God is it awesome to be able to take a hot shower again, or cook in a warm kitchen. Next up is exercise which I haven't really been able to do without pain, that's the last hurdle. Crossing my fingers.
