I’m trying a new healthier diet and lifestyle program and today’s new experience is Overnight Oats - which are delicious! How did I never do this before! Strawberries, blueberries, Greek yogurt and oats turn into this wonder when combined and left overnight!

I lost my wonderful Mum Sunday.
She was the most beautiful soul I have or will ever know.
I am going to miss her more than I can say.
There is a hole in my life and heart that will never be filled, but I have the comfort of knowing she’s with Kaya now.

I've been trying to make sense of my feelings and trying to articulate my reaction to what that orange asshole did yesterday with his goblin vice-president, and I cannot. I'm horrified by what I saw and terrified for the world as a whole with that psychopath in charge of the USA. God help us all

I’m feeling hyped because I’ve discovered a bunch of free courses and classes I can do through my local mental health service. I’m like a kid in a candy store right now.
