i’ve had an anxiety attack since yesterday so i hate that for you

thank you! i’m trying to keep track of how i’m feeling so that’s why i posted it here, that way i can get more data about my episodes
before this course of meds i was having manic episodes fairly regularly so not feeling it for this long seems good so far

i did that the last time i had a serious manic episode and im about to do it again
someone should stop us both

my psychiatrist wants me to check back into the hospital and i don’t wanna

i love feeling manic that’s why it scares me so much
