If I were in his position too I'd say the same to be quite honest and I respect his decision to not be involved.

Perhaps I am reading into things too deeply in some places, but it does feel like the document goes off on a few tangents in some places.
But then again, I wasn't there nor will I pretend I was - the only insider information I got was from Chaotic who just genuinely wants no part of this.

I mean, with some of the evidence you provide being 10 years old (or more by technicality) I hate to break it to you but most people aren't going to take that as sufficient evidence.
To me, the document holds no weight, in part due to things we've discussed in the past and my point above.

I am so sorry to hear that this is affecting you this much - I agree with your statement. Such documents ARE irresponsible, look at the Youtube drama that KP got herself into, it's on that level.

I wouldn't believe everything in that document, they list Chaotic (who said when I reached out to ask that they weren't even part of the fandom when half of this stuff alledgedly happened) as a developer (which he also has confirmed isn't the case)

Case in point:Why go and find every single thing Chaotic has online if he did nothing wrong? He's listed as a bug tester + FGC insight - is it just guilt by association? Because that's a pretty poor excuse to add someone to something as serious as this, considering it affects your credibility (2/2)

So I have finally read through this, I'm left with one major critisism though. What is the actual point of listing someone (and seemingly stalking their entire online presence) who is then never brought up again - pretty sure that counts as defamation (1/2)

At this point, I'm just rambling, but is this really the state of the internet these days? I'm actually curious. It does feel like no matter where I look I see allegations not being handled properly or petty drama.
I am genuinely just tired of seeing this pretty much everywhere.

2. Bringing other individuals who have either done nothing wrong or have no evidence to support their involvement, this is very damaging because it completely damages any credibility which could have been there. We saw it with Saber and I have seen it on a couple of others.

1. Evidence is hearsay at best - a lot of these things are being created and providing evidence which is either, out of context, doctored to look worse than it is, trying to claim that a user is the person with no other evidence to back that claim, or as the case is with some, non existent.

I've seen a couple of instances of this on youtube and here, and I can only imagine this is happening elsewhere too. People trying to expose others to conduct vigilante justice is harmful, and whilst I won't be going into details of things, I'd like to just go through what seems to be a recurrance.
