Bofuri is a great option for the playing with friends vibe, since it's basically a cute girls doing cute things show set primarily in an mmorpg.

You could always take a look at some of the high CR enemies from the bestiaries? There might be some inspiration lurking there.

If I was answering based on actual quality it would be World or Wilds, but I will always have a ton of affection for Tri & 3U. Tri is where I started and I miss a bunch of its monsters terribly. I wouldn't recommend playing them now, but I had a ton of fun with them as a kid.

I mean, trying to narrow down my favorite character in all of existence is basically impossible, but the first one that comes to mind is my boy Pete Riske AKA Setback. In this house we love the unluckiest superhero. Not tagging five more people though.
