Starbuck's loft apartment in Battlestar Galactica a warm lived in room with low-seating giant windows and floor to ceiling concrete planes, just imagine like a punk squat house, art studio, or something where there's a mixture of post-modern and comfy furniture. On the far wall is some drawings of a mandala (The Eye of Jupiter) Starbuck drew with a poem loosely scrawled to accompany it.

2/2 lonely lights
A familiar sight of that platue between a stairwell where the stairs change direction 90 degrees at a time. Stairs are stone/concrete and shadows illuminate the dividing wall creating window blind like shadows from the wire railing onto wall and upstairs. A lone arch awaits. More arch geometric protrusions created from concrete slabs in a maze of building, but down the stairs obscured lies greenlight radiating near some sort of biomorphic sculpture against a wall. Odd joining of materials on the side of this building with light coming from downward while structure points upward in a tangle of concrete, metal, and windows. cozy lonely vibes peering down an enclosed stairwell towards a retro streetlamp with a pop of red from a banner and ground level beyond

nothing too special about this composition it's a wall at angle with front side in shadow and right side engulfed in a can lights glow some shrubbery to ground the image and along the street lamp stalk a bulb with trail of moon and security camera that push eyes back down the seam of the corner of the wall Lots of storytelling at this location in particular I kept wondering if there was a mission at this house at some point as a there was a gun in a gazebo anyhow. Pictured: a bend around a walkway cut shrubbery with brick steps leading past gravel to a stone patio, a well lit door and window can be seen on the house that lie ahead. Kinda reminds me of some shit that jackass Kinkade would paint lol. At the crossroads of an empty airy concrete lot with slatted roof that on looks Los Santos, a white tiled utilitarian stairwell, a dead end mimicking the stairwell ahead and to the right another path closest to the viewer standing next to some "greenery" (dirt and out of view bush) structure near foreground obscuring a quaint building in the night adjacent/identical to one further down the pier of which the dark water rolls, darker than the clouds swimming infront of the moon.

Used a loaned Canon T3 for the first time in awhile after using an equivalent Nikon for a few yrs & omg this is default?! I was trying to get dynamic shots at a show the entire time wondering why it wouldn't shoot, remedied it by forcing blurries in long shutter with AF toggled on.
Screenshot reads: If the camera is in "One Shot" mode (it's default mode) then it also uses something called "Focus Priority". This means that it _must_ confirm that it was able to achieve focus before it will take a photo. The other mode is called "AI Servo" which uses something called "Release Priority". In that mode the camera _will_ take a photo when you completely press the shutter button even if it was not able to focus (usually this is not a behavior you want unless you know how to watch for it to confirm focus, but sports photographers like this mode.)

Grew up with this game, but this was the box art of the copy I had. Ngl I don't remember much other than I was much too young to comprehend the game mechanics and as such enjoyed button mashing menus until the news anchor appeared.
Sega CD NA packaging for Third World War (not the fun one). 3 nondescript Sargeant looking dudes in blue while one with a military cap ponders the orb of an orange globe with tanks, jets, and soldiers coming out. There is various text including samples of sim metrics in-game.

.//Cave, Construction Materials, Dec 2024. A low-rise seating area constructed of joining plates on finished plywood, makes up a park bench like 4-seat arrangement with a cinder block held glass table in the center. On the plywood rests handmade cerulean cushions. On the corners of the plywood 4 spray painted (durability) PVC pipes portrude from a joiner plate (forget what that one's called, but similar to shower curtain ends) taking a bit of external pressure from rope attached to eyelets on the pipe to hold up a cloth canopy over the seating. The canopy exists to hold a projection from below the glass table that consists of a bowl of water with light underneath and fans on low blowing the water into waves for the light to bounce around on and project on the canopy like a cave reflection. This ensemble exists in the center of an art exhibition on concrete floor and warm lighting, gallery goers are not currently interacting with the piece in the photo, but people are walking around.
