Masked. No uniform, no ID. Lady grabbed was later released. People on the street suspect bounty hunters because ICE does not release. Anyone grabbed ends up in the slammer.

The South End community is abuzz about a recent masked raid. If ICE agents can't show their faces when enforcing immigration policy, that says something about the policy.

Phoenix will make a lovely companion for some lucky adopter. All of them are scheduled for their spay and neuter next week and will be available from Homeward Pet in Woodinville, WA.
