I have to admit to feeling quite nervous about this moment, I’m hoping the country which was my home for most of my life, shows up for a monumental step forward towards healing. It has been moving to see the outpouring of love and support for our First Nations community. I stand with you.

Tomorrow is the referendum to appoint a dedicated Voice to parliament for First Nations people of Australia. I’ve sent my postal YES vote in from over here in the US. I’m doing so as I believe this is the way to vote for progress, love, unity, change, respect, representation and so much more 🖤💛❤️
