This is the best inclusion loaf I’ve made so far. Cheddar Jalapeño Sourdough. Some of the cheese oozes out and forms a “fried cheese” effect little pop of yum, the crust is crunchy, the crumb is tender. #sourdough #sourdoughbaking #jadebakes

How to use all the sourdough I had in my freezer-- make stuffing! This is The Pantry Mama's recipe, if you're interested. I added maple sausage to the sourdough, onions, apples, and fresh and dried herbs. (And butter, of course)
