At @pembroke1347.bsky.social, we recently hosted a Summer Academy for The Elephant Group, a charity which works with high achieving Year 12s to access higher education. We had a great discussion about the breadth of a History degree, and explored 17th Century pamphlets! #skystorians #earlymodern

Spent today touring the Naseby battlefield with @ox.ac.uk! On 14th June 1645, after a decisive defeat by the Parliamentarians, it was in this field that Prince Rupert rode to protect the King during his retreat! 🐎🗡️ #skystorians #earlymodern
