this was my reaction to reading ayn rand's nonfiction (out of morbid curiosity)

not always obviously but if I encounter a libertarian it's like 50/50 programmer or teenager

the high frequency blade from metal gear...

it should feel like an accomplishment to walk between cities or climb a mountain, and I think that'd involve worrying about sleep, food, clothing, not in a difficult survival way but more like "I should put on a big coat before going out in the snow"

it's too easy to sate the curiosity for exploration when you can just hold forward and cross the map in a few minutes, sliding up mountains and phasing through bushes
