Great seats for “Stars Serving Love,” a charity event for Western NC. Driving into Asheville, it’s still very shocking to see the damage from the floods here.

RIP Sam Moore. Sam and Dave were one of my all-time favorite Stax/R&B acts. I was lucky enough to see them perform in a small club in 1981. I think of that night often.
