I'm a queer in middle Tennessee that enjoys gardening, cooking, and my dog. I'm looking for an online community that is more about support and inclusion rather than division.
During the summer, I never have enough tomatoes ripe at one time to can, so I freeze them. This is the week to clear them out. This is day one. 10 quarts of just tomatoes and 6 pints with some seasoning to drink on. This will be about half of my total.

My baby is on the mend. Hopefully only a couple more bandage changes to go.
