recently started and caught up on "this monster wants to eat me" , and just saw it's getting an anime adaptation this year... that's fucking sick, one more thing to look forward to :)

octave is great, has it's emotional ups and downs, the dated art is refreshing, and it's nice to read something where the characters have flaws and change over time. also the girls aren't mega titted monsters and/or lolis which seems hard to find with newer stuff...

it's SO good. very sweet, a little heavy, has unique art, and a really good story. the story contains some tw like misogyny, comphet, and abuse (probably more), but kept from getting too dark (for me). from the beginning i was hooked and couldn't put it down :)

this one was so sweet!! starts off pretty fast and it isn't that long overall. most yuri VNs i read have that 'will they/won't they' theme that's exhausting to me, so it was nice to get a break from that. the ending required me to be strong and i wasn't ready T.T

This has been my favorite one so far. The protags are quirky, and realize their feelings quickly. The story is pretty silly as are the antagonists. All in all it has a very light-hearted and funny vibe.

another one i read just based on good reviews. has that trope of not noticing their own or the other person's feelings, which... isn't terrible but i'm not the biggest fan of. no sad parts really. light-hearted. fun and quick read :)
