Most of what people care about is the UI. It can just be a Linux system with a customisable desktop environment, where the agent writes a DSL.

It seems at least intended for reuse, as they've put it in a separate repo. However, yeah, I agree that the API seems pretty clunky for actually using or manipulating the types - it seems like the primary usecase it's designed for is the conversion

FWIW robots.txt was created in the context of search engines and was always a traffic management strategy to prevent overcrawling and wasted budget. Stuff like URL previews and user-directed agents it doesn't necessarily make sense to implement it, but for stuff that is fully automated it should be-
