The supposed Tariffs charged on the US are phony numbers based on balance of trade.
Madagascar (93%) provides us vanilla and cocoa. It is not charging us any tariffs, not manipulating currency, but not much buying goods from us because they are poor. Why hit them with tariffs? Why tax Americans?
