The constant demonisation of asylum seekers needs to stop. Asylum seekers aren’t responsible for the lack of housing, inability to see a doctor etc. Time for the politicians and the right wing press who championed austerity and Brexit to take responsibility for the state of public services.

No surprise then. If they turned up they might actually have to do some work. Much easier for them to snipe from the sidelines and fool the faithful that they care.
