As great as this would be, this has not been stated as an official threat/position. Trudeau's press conference was quite measured. He seemed to want to avoid escalation while showing strength in Canada's response. He was way more grown up than I would have been.

Nobody is ever supposed to be 100% happy in a democracy and that's okay. Voters need to choose the party that most closely aligns with their values and vision for the future. As an outsider I observed the democratic party being held to a higher standard and the wrong party being elected as a result.

Support grassroots work, in the way they want to be supported. I've been thinking about the impact the immigration EO will have on human trafficking. Because of Trump those who were in vulnerable situations are now in precarious situations.
