Tbh, I'm unlikely to watch the documentary. I rarely watch TV. If you want to talk about PTMF, then I'd be happy to.

I haven't seen the programme so I can't comment on that. I'm concerned to hear that you have received the PTMF in a way that feels oppressive and unhelpful. I'd be keen to learn more about your experiences.
