Totally agree .. didn’t realise he was responsible for that. Only saw it very briefly as we were watching the match in a pub in London and were just leaving. It looked absolutely brutal!

Troutbeck is beautiful .. we have stayed there a few times in a small in called the Queens Head .. so quiet and calming and the views are beautiful

They don’t taste too bad .. I’m not a massive fan of herbal teas .. always think they taste like washing up water .. but this one is quite nice.

It certainly does .. I’ve tried all sorts to try and have a more restful night and not wake at the crack of dawn. I bought a Neom candle last weekend and that helped but it cost £28 and only lasted 3 evenings! The tea has really helped and didn’t taste too bad either.

I hope you’re taking some time to relax away from work. I had a hell of a week at work and ended up going home yesterday at 1pm as I felt so exhausted. I slept almost 3hrs yesterday afternoon! Work is not worth taking up all of your time.
